John did a really good job on this podcast sharing how fact specific the legal hold process is. It also drew some nice parallels for me on how difficult it can be from 10,000 feet to really be comfortable that your legal hold business process is being followed correctly. Much in the same way it is difficult to get employees in an organization to follow good records management process. Thanks again for the good show and useful blog on legal holds.
